Educational Qualification :
For Chief Consultant : A Post Graduate Degree in Education from a recognized University OR Graduate in Civil Engineering / Architecture from recognized university.
For Senior Consultant : Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication / PR OR LLB with 55 % marks from recognized University OR Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences, Science, Public Administration, Planning, Business Administration, Human Resources from a Recognized University.
For Consultant : A Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences, Science, Social work from a recognized University OR Post-graduate degree in Public Management / Economics / Social Sciences from recognised university OR Post Graduate Degree in Social Science with diploma in Special Education or PG in Clinical Psychology / PG in disability management / PG in Rehabilitation Management.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : 60 years As on 01.04.2016
