For OBC Candidates : 3 years
For SC/ST Candidates : 5 years

Application Fee : Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC resident of Manipur State have to pay Rs. 1000/- & Rs. 1500/- for all other candidates belonging to UR category through Challan.
