For Labour Welfare Officer : Any Degree with Govt. Recognized Degree/ Diploma/PG Diploma in labour Welfare related fields like Law, Personnel/Industrial Relations etc.

Age Limit :
For Environmental Officer/Community Liaison Officer : Born not Before 01.04.1966
For Labour Welfare Officer : Born not before 01.04.1963
